“ZERO CHILL” – do me a favor and stay gangsta. It’s an homage to the curiosities of everyday life and is inspired by the depths of pop culture of the 2000s and today’s internet culture. Read more ↓

The project focuses on the combination of humorous finds, fake news, and recycling design, with the aim of reinterpreting everyday visual elements in a creative and critical way. Fashion staging and crazy experiments are at the heart of it all. I work without a set goal, but with set methods. This way, I want to create a free and creative research phase and enable a smooth transition in my work.

DESIGNS

For designing the outfits I used spontaneous object finds, process snippets and everyday experiences. I mixed them up and combined them in aesthetic outfit collages.

Comic Series "Gangstas in Paradise"

As an expression and communication of fashion to the viewer, I devoted myself in this project primarily to films and the comic series “Gangsters in Paradise”. Both media offer a platform to communicate my fashion to the outside world and present it in the context I have staged. This way my clothes are getting a very bold voice on its own and merge together with set design and storyline.

CARDBOARD SKETCHES

Part of the project was it to only work with recycelt materials and to repurpose everyday waste into something purposeful. That’s how the small bubble bags were created.
